Many disorders can be dealt with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Whether you prefer in-person or online counselling, we are here to help. Our practice is based in Belfast (Northern Ireland, UK) but we offer Skype therapy to anyone who cannot attend CBT therapy face-to-face.
