John Dunlop is a qualified Psychologist, and a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who has more than 10 years experience in treating individuals with a varied and complex range of emotional and psychological problems. He particularly specialises in mood and anxiety disorders such as depression, panic attacks, agoraphobia, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), social anxiety, low self-esteem, anger and jealousy management, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), health anxiety, and psychosexual issues.

John is also a qualified Level II EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) practitioner. He works with trauma victims of sexual and physical abuse, accidents, etc. using Cognitive Behavioural therapy and EMDR, depending on the case. EMDR is psychotherapy method which will not be offered online due to the nature the intervention.

His level of expertise and knowledge is highly valued by the many CBT therapists, novice and experienced that he supervises on regular basis. John works with three Cognitive Behavioural approaches: Beck's Cognitive Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, and Metacognitive Therapy.

He also has a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and uses hypnosis for a range of problems such as fear of flying and other phobias, sleep disturbances, smoking cessation, weight loss, etc. Hynotherapy services are only offered to those clients who attend therapy face-to-face.

One of the online therapists is Sylvia Buet, a qualified Psychologist and a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. She is the founder of the International Institute for Cognitive Therapy in the UK. The Institute offers training on a range of topics related to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) since 2007.

Silvia trained at University of Valencia (Spain) where she obtained her BSc Hons. Degree in Psychology in 1991. She holds a Masters in Guidance and Counselling and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Ulster (UK).

She is also an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) level II practitioner and specialises in the treatment of adults and older adolescents (over 18). She works with individuals having emotional and relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, health anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), pure obsessions (sexual, harming and religious), stress management, guilt, jealousy, shame, anger and particularly, panic attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), pure obsessions, and Post-Traumatic Stress disorder.

Sylvia has more than 15 years of experience in organising and delivering CBT training in Europe and the USA for a variety of academic institutions and private organisations. She worked as a lecturer at the University of Ulster for several years teaching modules on Cognitive Behavioural therapy. Sylvia is also a regular presenter at International Conferences. Her main interests are trauma, PTSD, pure obsessions, relationship dissolution, and guilt issues.

At present, Sylvia is in the final year of a PhD programme at Queens University Belfast. Her research is focused on how people can adjust to a relationship breakup, separation or divorce, using a cognitive behavioural framework.
